Your Role: As a Team Leader, you will:
*Oversee a team of sales associates, ensuring adherence to work and attendance policies;
*Provide consistent coaching to direct reports to meet and exceed performance goals;
*Analyze performance metrics and proactively implement strategies for improvement;
*Ensure service delivery aligns with contractual KPIs and financial targets;
*Communicate expectations clearly and provide timely updates to your team;
*Stay informed on internal processes, policies, and participate in manager development training;
*Engage with clients to provide performance insights and action plans;
*Embody and promote the company’s values through your behavior and leadership.

Your profile:
*Strong knowledge of sales and business development;
*Excellent analytical skills and the ability to develop actionable plans;
*Experience in handling complex cases and serving as a key contact for the team;
*Highly motivated with a talent for coaching and developing team members;
*Proficient in time management and task organization;
*Strong communication skills, both written and verbal;
*A background or interest in marketing is highly advantageous;
*Proficient in Microsoft Office 365;
