approachable people for the role of Junior Customer Care Specialist with German or French
and English.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Supporting customers via various communication channels;
* Assisting with administrative and technical issues and listening with care and empathy;
* Analyzing each case and striving to provide relevant solutions;
* Escalating complex cases to relevant departments as needed;
* Regularly updating systems and make necessary changes.

Requirements:
* Customer-oriented with a positive and approachable demeanor;
* Organized and communicative, adaptable to different situations;
* Excellent German or French skills and good English skills;
* Available and motivated to work in shifts,
* Familiar with MS Office applications;
* Eager and with a willing to learn and improve.
