services and products. We are on a search for motivated, open and friendly team-players for
the role of Contact Centre Representative with Finnish, German, Norwegian or Danish and
English (FTE or PTE).

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Assisting customers with issues and answering questions via tickets or calls;
* Providing support, listening closely and offering the case-specific solutions;
* Guiding customers through the process and striving to provide a high-quality experience;
* Reporting on noted issue trends and frequent questions;
* Working as a part of a team and striving to maintain a positive working environment.

Requirements:
* Proficient Finnish, German, Norwegian or Danish and solid English language skills;
* Great communicating skills and bright and positive approach to customers;
* Open-minded and motivated to be of service and provide the best experience and results;
* Familiarity with operating systems’ features is desired;
* Team-oriented and ready to help others and act as a part of the team.
