Non-voice agent with Albanian/Croatian

Responsibilities:

• Review content (video, image, text) and conduct the content quality control;
• Review the reported content within agreed turnaround times and standards of quality;
• Ensure legal compliance and safety of content uploaded to the short video platforms;
• Coordinate with supervising departments for timely management of content that violates our regulations.;
• Fulfill base productivity and quality requirements.

Requirements:

• Fluency in one of the following – Croatian or Albanian;
• Good English skills;
• Ability to work differing 7x24 work rotations/shifts as required;
• Well familiar with or actively engaged on social media;
• Excellent computer skills;
• Quicker learner and adaptable to learn new processes, concepts, and skills;
