For one of our clients – well-known company offering services and products in the BPO. We
are on a search for determined, organized and customer-friendly team players for the role of
Customer Support Specialist with Czech and Slovak, German or Hebrew and English - Fully
remote.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Responding to various customer requests via email, phone and chat;
* Investigating customers’ issues, offering solutions and guiding customers through the issue
solving process;
* Offering info and advice to customers relating to company’s products and services;
* Keeping accurate and up-to-date records of every interaction with customers;
* Providing a professional and pleasant experience and ensuring customers’ satisfaction;
* Working in tandem with other colleagues, assisting and offering advice when needed.

Requirements:
* Great spoken and written Czech and Slovak, German or Hebrew, plus solid English skills;
* Good PC user skillset and an affinity for technology;
* Previous experience in a customer support environment is a plus;
* Customer-focused, determined and a team-player;
* Adaptable and capable, able to work in a dynamic environment;
* Able to be organized and manage time efficiently.
