the role of Non-Voice Support Specialist with German, Italian, French or Hungarian and
English.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
* Offering support for the customers via chat and email;
* Taking note of the problems and issues the customers face;
* Being professional and polite during while communicating.
* Providing correct solutions and making them understandable for the customer;
* Making sure that customer’s issues are resolved and that they are satisfied with the service.

Requirements:
* Proficiency in German, Italian, French or Hungarian and English;
* Customer support experience is a plus;
* Customer-centric and proactive approach to work;
* Communicative and motivated to provide a good service;
* Skilled with multitasking, flexible and a capable decision-maker;
* PC literate and available to work on shifts.
