For one of our clients – a world-renowned giant, known for working with some of the most
desirable clients and projects in the BPO field. We on a search for responsible, determined
and adaptable team-players for the role of Remote Customer Support with Romanian,
Hebrew, Czech or Slovak and English - Out of office hours.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Delivering a professional and pleasant experience to ensure customer satisfaction;
* Offering information and advice on the company’s products and services;
* Collaborating with colleagues, providing assistance and advice as needed;
* Handling customer issues via various communication channels;
* Investigating and resolving customer issues and providing solutions;
* Serving as a guide through the resolution process;
* Keeping detailed and up-to-date records of all customer interactions.

Requirements:
* Excellent written and spoken skills in Romanian, Hebrew, Czech or Slovak;
* Good English language skills (at least level B2);
* Customer-focused, determined, and a team player;
* Organized, responsible, and able to manage time efficiently;
* Adaptable, capable of working in a dynamic environment;
* Previous experience in customer support is an advantage;
* Proficiency in using a PC and a strong affinity for technology.
