of fields. We are on a search for positive, customer-focused and communicative for the role
of Hybrid Customer Support Agent with Norwegian or Hungarian and English - Standard
shifts.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Helping customers swiftly and effectively via tickets or calls;
* Providing personalized solutions and attentive support;
* Guiding customers through processes to ensure a high-quality experience;
* Analyzing and reporting on recurring issues and common inquiries;
* Collaborating with team members and striving to maintain a positive work environment.

Requirements:
* Team-oriented mindset, ready to contribute to team success;
* Fluent in Norwegian or Hungarian with excellent English skills;
* Positive and customer-centric approach with a dedication to delivering outstanding service;
* Strong communication abilities and a positive attitude;
* Familiarity with major operating systems is beneficial.
