We are searching for organized, cooperative and detail-oriented people for the role of the
role of Workflow Optimisation Specialist with Dutch and English - No calls.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Managing various processes related to different insurance products;
* Fostering a cooperative culture among team members to ensure a positive atmosphere;
* Handling policy creation, renewals, changes, transfers, and cancellations;
* Utilizing specific internal software systems for data processing and storage;
* Validating data and documents accuracy and keeping in line with company policies and
local legal frameworks;
* Maintain active written communication with brokers and maintaining a high-quality professional standards of work.

Requirements:
* Very good command of Dutch and English language (B2 level);
* Fresh graduates are welcome and encouraged to apply;
* Experience in an administrative position is an advantage but not required;
* Computer literate with experience in MS Word and Excell;
* Team-oriented and able to work with others well;
* Attentive to details and accurate when handling documentation;
* Organized and skilled with task prioritization.
