For one of our clients – a well-established company, offering top-notch services, we looking
for motivated, approachable and adaptable individuals for the role of Customer Support
with German or French and English.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Deliver outstanding customer support through various channels, ensuring every interaction
leaves a positive impact;
* Tackle administrative and technical inquiries with confidence and care;
* Investigate and resolve customer issues efficiently, treating each case as a unique opportunity to shine;
* Collaborate with other departments by escalating complex cases and ensuring seamless solutions;
* Keep systems up-to-date with accurate information and adapt to changes proactively.
Requirements:
* Great German or French skills (C1+ level) and solid English skills (B1 level);
* Customer-oriented with a positive and approachable;
* Organized and communicative, able to adapt to different situations;
* Familiar with MS Office applications;
* Available and motivated to work in shifts, learn and improve along the way;
* Basic knowledge of Italian (B1+ level) will be an advantage.
