Essential Responsibilities:
* Assist customers via email, chat, and phone to ensure positive experiences;
* Conduct research to deliver precise and helpful responses to customer inquiries;
* Stay updated on products, brand, and industry trends to provide accurate information;
* Act as a part of the team and provide support as needed.
Requirements:
* Near-native Azerbaijani (written and verbal) and advanced English;
* Background in customer service or related roles is a plus;
* High attention to detail, customer-focused mindset, and ability to work independently or in a team;
* Strong communication, typing, and computer skills (MS Office, CRM systems);
* High school diploma or equivalent.
