Key Details
Location: Hybrid work model – flexibility to work from home and our office in Sofia.
Shifts: Day and night shifts (depending on the position).
What You’ll Do:
Provide top-notch customer service through live chat and other communication channels.
Resolve customer inquiries efficiently and professionally.
Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Maintain accurate records of interactions in the system.
What We’re Looking For:
Fluency in Italian, Greek, French, German, or English (C1 level or above).
Strong written communication skills.
Availability to work on a rotating schedule, including night shifts.
Previous experience in customer support is an advantage but not mandatory.
Proficiency in basic computer applications.
