For one of our clients – a global leader in outsourced, performance-based B2B growth
solutions, we are on a lookout for motivated, experienced and salles-savvy individuals for the
role of B2B Sales Professional with Danish, Finnish, Norwegian or Swedish (Hybrid).
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Meet and exceed sales targets and activity metrics within the assigned territory;
* Convert high-volume cold calls into successful sales deals;
* Accurately forecast weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales;
* Identify client needs, recommend tailored product solutions, and build strong relationships
with clients and channel partners;
* Support field sales colleagues and maintain CRM data;
* Stay updated on product knowledge and conduct competitor research to identify sales opportunities;
* Ensure professionalism during all customer interactions via phone and email.
Requirements:
* Fluent in Danish, Finnish, Norwegian or Swedishand English (written and verbal);
* Proven ability to develop sales strategies and manage multiple sales cycles from creation
to closure;
* Strong phone presence and proactive calling experience;
* Self-motivated and able to work autonomously;
* Excellent communication, listening, presentation, and writing skills;
* Value-based selling approach to clients and partners;
* Experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM preferred.
