For one of our clients - a global pioneer in sustainable cargo transport and logistics for ports,
terminals, and industrial operations, we are on a lookout for confident and energetic people
for the role - Entry-level Intercompany Accountant.
Essential Responsibilities:
*Reconcile intercompany accounts and ensure accuracy between related entities;
*Support in analyzing financial data and identifying discrepancies in intercompany accounts;
*Assist with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and
explanations related to intercompany transactions;
*Assist in the preparation of intercompany financial reports and statements;
*Monitor and validate internal Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable;
*Monitor intercompany invoice processing in Basware;
*Support the third-party outsourcing team in clearing aged Accounts Payable items;
*Ensure accurate and timely data during Period-End Closing.
Requirements:
*Fluent in written and spoken English;
*Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Mathematics;
*Up to 1 year of relevant experience in a global work environment;
*Experience working with SAP;
*Excellent communication and organizational abilities;
*Proficient in computer software applications, including Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables,
VLOOKUP, charts), PowerPoint, and process mapping tools;
*Analytical and logical problem-solving skills;
* Strong time management skills, ability to effectively prioritize tasks.
