For one of our clients – а global leader in business services, using technology to enhance
customer interactions and drive performance for the best brands, we are looking for
– Customer Support Specialist with English (Day/Night Shifts/Hybrid Model).

Responsibilities:
*Provide excellent support to users of the online platform, ensuring a positive experience;
*Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, and social media, resolving issues effectively;
*Assist users with navigating the platform, managing their accounts, and using available
features;
*Address concerns related to payments, identity verification, and security;
*Deliver prompt and accurate solutions to technical or service-related issues;
*Maintain a professional and friendly approach when assisting customers;
*Report software bugs, system errors, and technical issues to the relevant team for quick
resolution;
*Offer detailed product information and guidance to improve user engagement.

Qualifications:
*Fluent in English (spoken and written);
*Excellent communication and problem-solving skills;
*Experience in customer support or a related field is a plus;
*Familiarity with payment processing, account security, or fraud prevention is a plus;
*Able to stay calm and professional with challenging customers;
*Self-driven, with the ability to work independently and in teams;
*Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
