Our current client is a large global company with well-established operation in Sofia - the global leader in IT services.
As a Customer Support Specialist, you will support clients by delivering prompt, accurate service and resolving inquiries across various channels. You'll ensure regulatory compliance, assist with onboarding, and strengthen our brand through exceptional customer experience.
-What you'll do:
*Communicate via various channels with our customers, providing information regarding our products and services;
*Navigate through various system platforms to address and solve customer requests;
*Maintain relationships with customers;
*Seek, collect, and process customer feedback in order to maximize their satisfaction;
*Constantly develop your knowledge of the products and services offered;
*Support the liaising between clients and other departments in order to ensure prompt replies and higher satisfaction rates.
