Our current client is an international agricultural equipment company with headquarters in Romania and offices located in Hungary and Bulgaria. On their behalf, we are actively looking for an experienced Administrative and Invoicing Specialist to join and grow with their new Sofia team.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with suppliers on a regular basis;
- Issue invoices and follow-up on payments;
- Receive orders and invoices;
- Keep records of the goods and keep inventory;
- Keep tracking of shipments and deliveries;
- Meets deadlines;
- Prepare folders for each employee;
- Serve as a backup to other team members;
- Working with Micro Invest and other systems;
- Prepare reports and other admin documents.
Requirements:
- Orderly person with strong attention to detail;
- Accounting background or experience would be an advantage;
- Good command of English language;
- Excellent MS-Office skills;
- Highly people-oriented and friendly person;
- Strong order management and communication skills;
- Previous experience with financial documents is a must.
