For one of our clients – а global leader in business services, using technology to enhance
customer interactions and drive performance for the best brands, we are looking for
– Customer Support Representative for an Innovative Product with Slovenian or Czech


Responsibilities:
*Provide professional customer support via chat, email, and phone;
*Assist customers with troubleshooting and product-related inquiries;
*Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions;
*Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues effectively;
*Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by following company guidelines;
*Stay up to date with product updates and company policies.

Qualifications:
*Slovenian or Czech speaker with fluency in English;
*Previous experience in customer support or a related field is a plus;
*Excellent communication and problem-solving skills;
*Ability to work in rotating shifts and handle multiple tasks efficiently;
*Tech-savvy with basic troubleshooting skills is a plus;
*A proactive and customer-oriented mindset.
