For one of our clients - а global technology leader driving digital and cloud innovation across
multiple industries – Order Operations Specialist with German and English (standard shifts/hybrid).

Responsibilities:
*Process and validate contracts related to activations, updates, and terminations in ERP systems;
*Handle customer inquiries regarding contract lifecycle and related details, providing clear
and timely feedback;
*Ensure compliance with corporate policies and regulations, including ethical and financial standards;
*Prepare and analyze reports as required, ensuring proper document retention;
*Maintain effective communication with internal teams and external partners regarding contract status;
*Document and improve work procedures related to system maintenance and contract processing;
*Offer training and support to other order management specialists, suggesting process
improvements;
*Manage additional billing requests and updates, ensuring accurate invoicing after approval.

Qualifications:
*Fluency in both written and spoken German, with a very good command of English;
*Experience in administrative roles or customer service functions;
*Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, maintaining low error rates;
*Self-driven and adaptable to dynamic work environments, with a focus on team success and
deadlines;
*Skilled in MS Office and other relevant tools;
*Excellent communication skills, both internally and externally;
*Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while staying organized;
*Eagerness to learn new skills and improve processes.

Our client offer:
*The working hours are from 09:00 to 18:00, with a shift from 10:00 to 19:00 for half of the month.
*The role follows a flexible work arrangement, with a hybrid model;
*Social benefits are provided as part of the compensation package;
