For one of our clients - а leading technology company offering innovative services in cloud,
AI, and engineering for diverse sectors, we are looking for – Debt Collection and Control
Agent with German and English (standard shifts/hybrid).
Responsibilities:
*Managing customer accounts, ensuring timely debt collection via calls (outbound/inbound)
and other methods;
*Regularly maintaining accurate records, performing account reconciliations, and analyzing
payment behaviors;
*Tracking cash and debt targets to ensure they are met on a monthly and quarterly basis;
*Ensuring internal rules and regulations are adhered to for all collections and financial
processes;
*Conducting effective negotiations to resolve customer payment issues and maintain
relationships;
*Implementing credit management strategies and corrective actions as needed;
*Keeping ledgers clean, up-to-date, and accurately reconciled;
*Using analytical skills to monitor and address any discrepancies in accounts.
Qualifications:
*Previous experience in a collections role is essential;
*Proficiency in SAP and strong PC skills, especially MS Office (Windows NT);
*Excellent numerical skills and understanding of financial concepts;
*Ability to work independently with a focus on results and targets;
*Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer concerns effectively;
*Fluent in German and proficient in English, with excellent communication skills;
*Adaptable to changes and resilient under pressure;
*Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate with senior management and drive outcomes.
Our client offer:
*The working hours are from 09:00 to 18:00, with a shift from 10:00 to 19:00 for half of the
month.
