For one of our clients – an international technology services company offering full-cycle
digital solutions and driving innovation for leading enterprises – Live Dealer Video
Streaming with English (day/night shifts/PTE/FTE/on-site).

Responsibilities:
*Host dynamic and interactive video sessions while clearly explaining game rules to ensure
an immersive player experience;
*Engage with players in a warm and courteous manner, creating a welcoming and entertaining
atmosphere;
*Adhere to established protocols and gaming regulations to guarantee fairness and compliance;
*Manage the distribution of cards and oversee the game’s progress with professionalism and
precision;
*Sustain a vibrant and enthusiastic presence throughout each live broadcast to maintain high
engagement levels;
*Work closely with colleagues to optimize live production quality and ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications:
*Excellent command of English, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate
clearly and effectively;
*Comfortable and self-assured in front of the camera, with a lively and engaging on-screen presence;
*Strong ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining concentration in a
dynamic live setting;

*Willingness to work flexible hours, including night shifts and weekends, as part of a rotating schedule;
*Collaborative and team-focused attitude, paired with a high level of professionalism and
dependability;
*Previous experience in customer service or a similar position is considered a plus.
