We are an ambitious and fast-growing company specializing in international recruitment. We strive to expand our partner network and attract experienced recruiters with our own contacts and opportunities for cooperation.

Key requirements for the candidate:
* Proven experience in international recruitment (2 years or more).
* Having our own database of partner companies or direct customers in Bulgaria.
* Understanding of the processes of obtaining work visas and necessary documentation for foreign employees (preferred).
* Willingness to provide us with relevant vacancies in Bulgaria from partners or customers.
* Responsibility, proactivity and result orientation.

Your responsibilities:
* Actively searching for and attracting new partner companies for cooperation in the field of international recruitment.
* Providing us with relevant and competitive vacancies in Bulgaria from your partners or direct customers.
* Organizing the process of issuing work invitations for candidates for the provided vacancies (independently or through partners).
* Providing the necessary documentary support necessary for the process of obtaining work visas by candidates (together with partners).
* Coordination and support of communication with your partners/customers.

* High percentage or agreed amount from each successfully closed vacancy.
* Transparent and profitable bonus system with the potential of up to 1,500 - 3,000+ euros per month (depending on the number and success of placements).

How it works:
You provide us with vacancies from your partners or customers. We search and select suitable candidates.
You or your partners/customers are involved in the process of issuing a job invitation for candidates and providing us with the necessary documents for visa processing.
You receive a stipulated payment after the invitation is actually issued and/or the candidate receives a visa at the agreed stages of the process.
