For one of our clients - a global leader in business process outsourcing, focused on efficiency
and outstanding client experiences, we are looking for – Customer Support Specialist with
Hungarian or Slovak, or Czech, or Slovenian and English.
Key Responsibilities:
*Handle customer requests through phone, chat, and email with professionalism and efficiency;
*Share clear and helpful information about products and services to assist users;
*Look into customer concerns and find appropriate solutions using internal tools and guidelines;
*Keep accurate and up-to-date notes on all interactions in the system;
*Deliver a positive customer experience by being supportive, patient, and solution-oriented;
*Work closely with colleagues and other teams to ensure smooth case resolution.
Requirements:
*Strong command of Hungarian or Slovak, or Czech, or Slovenian (C1), along with solid
English skills (B2 level);
*Background in customer support or a similar position is a strong advantage;
*Clear, confident communication and a helpful attitude toward customers;
*Ability to navigate software tools easily and type efficiently; familiar with MS Office;
*Comfortable working with customer service platforms or help desk software;
*Careful with details, responsible, and able to stay focused on customer satisfaction.
