For one of our clients - a global leader in B2B sales services, specializing in driving revenue
growth and digital transformation through strategy, talent, and technology, we are looking for
a Senior Sales Performance Advisor with German or Arabic, or Spanish, or Dutch and English.
Responsibilities:
*Lead both outbound and inbound engagement efforts through channels such as phone, email,
video conferencing, and social media;
*Pinpoint and connect with key decision-makers using Sales Navigator and tailored contact lists;
*Assess, rank, and cultivate leads, ensuring a seamless transition to the onboarding team
when ready;
*Oversee the full sales journey — from initial contact to deal closure — by keeping prospects
engaged and following up with intent;
*Foster meaningful, long-term relationships through consistent and value-focused
communication;
*Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of all client interactions and sales progress in CRM
tools like Salesforce;
*Review and interpret performance data regularly (daily, monthly, quarterly) to stay aligned
with sales objectives.
Qualifications:
*Proficiency in German, Spanish, or Arabic, combined with excellent verbal and written
communication skills in English;
*At least 2 years of proven success in a sales role, ideally within the tech or digital advertising space;
*Demonstrated ability to uncover growth opportunities and drive budget increases with clients;
*Understanding of digital advertising solutions and market trends is considered an advantage;
*Strong at acquiring new clients through strategic, consultative, and competitive sales techniques;
*Able to communicate complex concepts with clarity, confidence, and persuasion;
*Confident user of CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) for sales tracking and pipeline management is a plus.
