For one of our clients, a leading company in the BPO industry, delivering high-quality
outsourced customer experience and business process solutions across global markets, we are
looking for - Backoffice Specialist with Spanish or Greek or Italian with English
(Hybrid).

Key Responsibilities:
*Handle backoffice tasks with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring seamless daily operations;
*Support the sales process by preparing offers, verifying documentation, and assisting in
client communication;
*Maintain clear and professional email correspondence with internal teams and external partners;
*Monitor and track KPIs, contributing actively to performance improvement initiatives;
*Assist with data analysis and reporting to support financial and sales departments;
*Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure timely and accurate processing of client
requests and transactions.

Requirements:
*Fluency in Spanish, Greek, or Italian, and a strong command of English (both written and spoken);
*Prior experience or education in finance, sales support, or administrative roles is a strong advantage;
*Comfortable working with KPIs and performance metrics in a dynamic, goal-oriented environment;
*Excellent written communication skills, especially via email, with attention to clarity and tone;
*Strong analytical mindset and ability to work with financial data or CRM systems;
*Proactive, detail-oriented, and a team player with a customer-centric approach.
