What You’ll Do
Handle inbound calls related to flights, policies, baggage, and promotions
Solve customer issues with clarity, empathy, and professionalism
Keep customers informed, satisfied, and loyal
Be a brand ambassador for some of the world’s best-known airlines

What You Bring
Great English communication skills
Experience in customer service or call centers
Calm, solutions-first approach under pressure
Tech-savvy and able to multitask
