For one of our clients - an industry-recognized BPO partner, delivering tailored support and
process optimization for global clients, we are looking for – Client Support Specialist with
Danish or Icelandic or Norwegian or Polish (PTE).

Key Responsibilities:
*Provide prompt support via phone, email, and chat;
*Assist users with product questions and basic troubleshooting;
*Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team;
*Log all interactions accurately;
*Collaborate with the team to improve the support experience;
*Help update and localize support materials when needed.

Requirements:
*Fluency in Danish, Icelandic, Norwegian, or Polish;
*Good command of English (spoken and written);
*Previous support experience is a plus;
*Strong communication and problem-solving skills;
*Comfortable working remotely and independently;
*Open to part-time or flexible hours.
