– Customer Service Agent with English.

Responsibilities:
*Answer incoming calls and assist with customer questions and concerns;
*Provide real-time updates on flights and baggage tracking;
*Explain fares, discounts, and special offers clearly;
*Handle issues efficiently and professionally over the phone;
*Follow company guidelines while ensuring top-quality support;
*Build trust and positive experiences through great communication.

Qualifications:
*Some experience in customer service or call centers is a plus;
*Confident English speaker with good communication skills;
*Able to multitask and stay calm under pressure;
*Friendly, solution-oriented, and eager to help;
*Comfortable using digital tools and support systems;
*Patient, empathetic, and adaptable with every caller.
