Your mission
Love technology, building client relationships, and finding the right solutions? Join the team as an IT Solutions Sales Consultant and guide clients through software implementation, onboarding, and ongoing product adoption.

What you’ll do
• Guide new clients through software implementation and onboarding.
• Meet clients face-to-face to promote IT solutions and encourage product adoption.
• Recommend best practices and optimization strategies tailored to client needs.
• Track onboarding progress, license activation, and customer engagement.
• Maintain accurate client records in CRM systems.
• Coordinate troubleshooting requests and help clients find effective solutions.

What you bring
• Excellent Turkish and English language skills.
• 2–3 years of experience in BPO or client support.
• Expert knowledge of MS Office, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Strong communication, organizational, collaboration, and project management skills.
• A proactive, client-focused mindset and an interest in IT solutions.

Your schedule & work model
• Monday–Friday, 10:00–19:00.
• Hybrid setup: 2-3 days from the office.
