For one of our clients – а global business services provider focused on improving customer
engagement and boosting business outcomes for leading global brands, we are looking for
– Beauty eCommerce Customer Support Representative with German and English (standard shifts/hybrid).

Responsibilities:
*Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and helpful manner;
*Deliver a positive and solution-oriented experience to every customer interaction;
*Handle complaints with empathy and professionalism, ensuring resolution and satisfaction;
*Take full responsibility for resolving issues and following up when needed;
*Meet performance targets related to customer satisfaction and service efficiency;
*Collaborate with internal teams to improve overall customer experience.

Qualifications:
*Fluency in German, both spoken and written;
*Proficiency in English for effective communication;
*Confident user of MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.);
*Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
*Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently;
*Proven problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
