Lion Recruitment is currently recruiting a
Clinical Nursing Director who is looking to take on an exciting new challenge
in Saudi Arabia. This is a very rare opportunity for the right applicant to
really advance their career by taking on an important leadership role in the
overall coordination of nursing units/services.

As the successful candidate you will have
significant nursing experience, and will hold a Masters Degree in Nursing
Management (or equivalent). You will also have extensive clinical nursing
experience, which you will be able to draw on in this role. You will also have
very strong IT skills and an excellent command of the English language.

Once you have been successfully appointed to
this role you will be responsible for ensuring that all nursing staff are
operating within the established parameters and standards of nursing practice
and patient care.  You will also manage
all nursing staff in terms of recruitment,
education, training, evaluation and development, as well as preparation of work
schedules and workflow.

Working in this role you will also have budget
oversight and will help develop relevant policies and procedures for the
