The production company Construction Tools EOOD, Ruse, was founded in 1987 as a company for hydro drilling equipment. During the period 2005-2017, the company was part of the Swedish Group Atlas Copco, which has invested intensively in the construction of new production facilities, optimization of the production process and enrichment of the products range. From the beginning of February 2018, the company became part of the Swedish Group Husqvarna.

The factory manufactures light compaction machines, concrete equipment, hand-held hydraulic equipment for construction such as compactors, rollers, screeds, trowels, breakers, power stations, pumps, cutters, concrete drilling machines.



Job Description

This is a key leadership position that is directly influencing the customer experience, which is a key focus area of the company. You are end-to-end responsible for driving the defined divisional S&IP process for a business/segment in a transparent and effective way resulting in an aligned optimized customer service level verses working capital and total operating cost. Being the champion of maximizing our overall business performance and customer satisfaction from a S&IP perspective.

The role is for an independent and self-driven individual that is result orientated and is prepared to act in the name of the customer's behaviors, by leveraging the internal resources. This position will require an experienced S&IP leader able to facilitate and drive results in a fast paced and demanding growth environment, leveraging his/her strong interpersonal and leadership skills.


Your responsibilities shall include:
Ultimately responsible for the S&IP process end-to-end performance throughout the business segment/category.
Lead a cross functional team and execute the business’ S&IP strategy, yielding improved value/experience for customers and enhanced revenue/margin growth for the business.
Partner with the marketing and sales, to ensure the demand consensus process delivers an agreed upon, workable volume forecast (mid and long term); ensure gaps and overlaps are addressed, scenarios are completed and issues appropriately escalated to meet business objectives.
Collaborate with Product Mgmt, Marketing, Sales, Eng, Support, Logistics, Supply Chain, Finance to ensure that the appropriate data is available and accurate to be reviewed at the S&IP process meetings and establish company’s Supply plan.
Recommend and maintain optimal inventory levels at various stages in the supply chain in order to achieve customer satisfaction levels as well as mitigate inventory exposure.
Ensure smooth transition of NPI from Engineering/Product Management to Mass Production
Assist in quantifying and defining scope for capacity, resource, logistics, and supply chain planning.
Evaluate supplier delivery performance and capability, building into the S&IP process risk mitigating approaches to manage suppler performance variation.
Maintain forecasts and manage links between systems for forecasting, master production scheduling, inventory management and product development utilizing various systems.
Work to reduce the cost of sales and operations planning, recommending improvements to procedures, contracts and agreements.

Your Qualifications, knowledge and experience in the following areas are expected:
University degree in Production planning, logistics or business specialization;
Fluent level of English is a must;
Relevant leadership experience in S&IP;
People management experience in global organizational setup;
Very strong influencing skills;
Good communication and organizational skills;
Results orientated;
Ability and willingness to work hands-on on both high and low levels to get the job done.
