Job description
Our customer has made a major statement about adopting a “New Commercial Model” and digital channels are essential parts of this new way of working; to deliver the right content to the right doctors in the channels they use, when they use them. We're looking someone for a vital role for helping our customer, to understand how these new channels can help theirs customers into an engaging customer focussed business that helps customers help theirs patients.
As part of this transformation will need to increase the amount of content the global of our customer teams provide to the Local Operating Companies (LOCs) who are the primary interface with HCP customers.
What you’ll do
Support global brand teams to produce engaging content on time, to agreed levels of quality and within budget for local marketing companies to adapt and localise 
Integrate content across multiple-channels to create seamless conversation with healthcare professionals
Ensure content produced meets best practice editorial and style guidelines
Manage content through global approval process
Support Vaccines business and Multi-channel marketing team on cross brand digital initiatives
Profile
Graduate with experience in pharma or healthcare digital marketing
English (High written and spoken proficiency)
French (Spoken proficiency an advantage but not compulsory)
Required Skills
Understanding of different digital channels and the opportunities they present
Excellent project management capabilities with ability to stay on top of detail, deliverables and anticipate and propose solutions to potential roadblocks to keep activities on track
Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
The ability to deliver across internal networks of marketing and medical networks
Experience of working with external creative agencies
Experience in assessing and cutting through complex subjects to deliver clear, comprehensive and compelling content
