Responsibilities:
Developing, implementing, continuously refining & monitoring the compliance with EHS policies and procedures at the facility;
Supporting the Top Management in the Organization roles and responsibilities definition, for what concerns safety aspects;
Monitoring the effective implementation of appropriate Safety and Environment System procedures and assuring their update according to the changes in Legislation and Company Directives;
Conducting safety audits, both internal and external;
Carrying out analysis of accident / incident statistics, identifying trends and suggesting improvement plans;
Performing Risk Assessment.

Qualification required for the position:
Educational background in engineering, physics, chemistry or any other relevant discipline;
Health and safety certification, as previous experience on relevant position;
Very Good knowledge in English language, both written and spoken;
Experience in investigating workplace incidents;
Experience in reports preparation and coordinating training programs;
Experience in manufacturing company will be considered as an advantage.
