YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manages and ensures that H&S processes are implemented, established and followed by all sites in the Country in full compliance with corporate, TCCC and ISO 14001 requirements.
• Supports the continuous improvement of H&S culture
• Provides management with information on a regular basis on H&S system status, H&S goals and objectives achievements.
• Assists in achieving H&S targets and projects at optimum cost and efficiency.
• Conducts H&S risk assessments in case of introduction of new equipment, processes, products, raw materials
• Identifies potential H&S risks and supports the root cause analysis process
• Establishes and maintains productive relationships with the local community and regulatory and supervisory institutions
• Works x - functionally at Country and Corporate level to establish/update procedures, standards and systems

ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?

• Minimum 3 years of relevant H&S experience
• University degree/ Masters in Food technologies, Engineering, Chemistry Engineering or Biology is required
• Good knowledge on all relevant local and EU laws and regulations
• Experience with contractors management
• Fluent English knowledge
• Strong leadership and experience with change management
• Strong influencing and problem solving skills
