Healthcare Consultant with German


Main responsibilities:

· Provide premier customer service and effective solution for customers’ inquiries and concerns in order to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty;

· Obtain and examine all relevant data regarding previous and present customer interaction, as well as updating customer profile information if required;

· Ensure that customers are well informed about Pharmaceutical and Consumer health products;

· Provide regular reports to Management.

Job requirements:

· Medical background/education within any of the following majors: Medicine*, Pharmacy*, Biology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Physiotherapy;

· Excellent verbal and written German (C1 level);

· Good English level (B2 level);

· Customer service and soft skills;

· Knowledge of MS Office tools


*Candidates who are still in the process of obtaining a degree and have already completed their 4th year of Medicine Degree or 3rd year Pharmacy Degree will be also considered for the role.
