ASSISTANT HEALTHCARE SECTOR
Responsibilities:
Working with CRM system and maintain the administrative paperwork in
Communicating with doctors for organization of conferences
Assisting with special projects
Composing and preparing correspondence; maintaining contact lists
Prepares different reports and analysis
Designing and producing complex documents, reports, and presentations
Giving ideas for optimization
Requirements:
Experience on a similar role will be considered as an advantage
Excellent command of English
Highly organized, able to work under pressure, to meet deadlines
Advanced MS Office – Excel skills
Excellent time management
