RECEPTIONIST - Healthcare company

Responsibilities:
Correspondence and overall support of the administrative tasks of the company
Support in organizing local and regional meetings and visits
Providing basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
Managing phone calls, document flow and correspondence

Requirements:
University degree
Fluent English written and spoken
Work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role is an advantage
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
Excellent organizational skills
Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
Customer service attitude
