Clinical Laboratory Coordinator
Requirements:
Experience on a similar role
Experience in Hospital Clinical Laboratory;
Bachelor's Degree in - Clinical Chemistry/ Biology/ Biotechnology is a must;
Excellent command of English – B2;
Highly organized, able to work under pressure, to deadlines and ability to multi-task
Responsibilities:
Processes & coordinates all incoming sales orders, issuing all relevant documents and invoices;
Responsible for the communication with the production companies;
Keeps track and updates customer info in the system;
Prepares different reports and analysis
Provides support to customers through phone or e-mail
