On behave of our client, a start-up company specialized in Medical Devices, we are looking for an experienced Sales Representative to manage the product portfolio on the Bulgarian Market.
Main Responsibilities:
• Executing sales plans in accordance with the corporate strategies, while covering the whole sales process;
• Developing new business opportunities with existing and potential clients;
• Participating in the development and preparation of tender documentations;
• Identifying prospective business opportunities for the company in order to grow market share;
• Executing the set sales volumes and the given distribution targets;
• Maintaining constant contact with local and international commercial counterparties;
• Monitoring the required quantities according to the specification and deadlines for each client;
• Participating in local and international congresses, symposiums, workshops, and other marketing events.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
• University degree preferable in Medicine or Pharmacy field;
• At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role;
• Results-oriented approach: ability to set, track and achieve specific outcomes while prioritizing within strict timelines;
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills;
• Strong work ethic and willingness to take initiative;
• Proficient in MS Office;
• Excellent written and spoken English required;
• Clean driving license.
